We are a Non-Government-Org, not-for-profit and voluntary run. Electricity is essential infrastructure enabling our modern quality of life. Solar Panels for Pensioner Project gives our aging population freedom to use their money towards other needs by eliminating or reducing their power bill.
Flemington Cricket Club is a local, volunteer run club that provides a safe and inclusive environment for the community. We operate in the Ascot Vale, Moonee Ponds and Flemington areas and are reliant upon the support of local businesses to provide opportunities and benefits for the community.
We run a community garden in Avondale Heights, with an orchard, bee hives, a frog bog, flowers, and about 35 plots where members can grow their own food. There is also a small patch of remnant grassland that we manage. Members include a mental health support group and a childcare centre.
