Our club trainers are responsible for training and assessing all of our members so they hold the current award for beach patrols. Awards such as Bronze Medallion, First Aid, Advanced Resus, Radio Operators and more.
MSLSC lifesavers complete 14,000 volunteer patrol hours and perform over 1,800 preventative actions, first aids and rescues per season, on one of Australia’s busiest beaches. The Club are raising funds to buy new equipment and Defibrillators.
Bamboo Projects is a grassroots charity empowering people with mental health or disability challenges. Through environmental clean-ups, recycling, fishing and caring community support, we build connection, skill and dignity in our local region.
