Southport Bowls Club is proudly celebrating its 111th year. We are the oldest community club on the Gold Coast. We are a small club without gambling and rely heavily on volunteers and grants. Our club is small, and we have wonderful members.
We provide hot meals every Thursday night between 5-7pm to those that are homeless, sleeping rough, pensioners and families doing it tough. This donation will go directly to buying food cooking and serving these meals.
OFI rescues & cares for orphaned & injured orangutans at our Orangutan Care Centre in Borneo. A half-way house for orangutans, providing them with food, shelter & love along with the skills they will need when they are released back into the wild.
